This Documentary on Crossroads Ministries is an on-going project which started in October of 2016. The idea was made possible through the Mississippi Arts Commission Artist Fellowship grant. Crossroads Ministries is a transitional home for women inmates returning to the “outside world.” The ministry is Christian based and teaches the women how to live outside of prison bars, reconnect with their children and apply for jobs. All of the women are non-violent offenders and the program is designed to prevent reincarceration.
